This historic move seeks accountability for the atrocities committed during the conflict, including war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Our founder, Dr. Anna Oehmichen, filed this complaint alongside Legal Action Worldwide (LAW), Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, and the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights e.V. (ECCHR).
Dr. Oehmichen emphasized the dramatic scale of the offences, with between 300,000 and 800,000 deaths, and the urgent need for investigation and prosecution to deter future egregious crimes, also in other parts of the world.
Let’s stand together in support of these brave survivors and their pursuit of justice. 🌍✊
